Request for Proposals for Construction Manager-At-Risk Services (One-Step Process)

Blanco ISD is accepting proposals for our CMAR Services for the 2025 Bond Projects.  The Project will consist of district-wide improvements, including parking lots, exterior and interior building improvements, renovation and construction of space for special education students, construction of approximately 7,000 square feet Career and Technical Education Building, improvements to Ag facilities, improvements to Band Hall, including paved marching pads for band practice.
